The course takes about one day. We start in the evening by placing the bread to sour.
The next morning we start by kneading the dough and form the breads so that they are
ready to be baked in the afternoon. The precise program can be adjusted in
accordance with the wishes of the participants. The minimum number of participants
is 2 and the maximum 6, and accommodation at Hannelbacka is included in the price.
