Malt bread à la Hannelbacka

There are many recipes for making the traditional malt bread from the archipelago. Learn how to bake the bread yourself!

  – The recipe for making malt bread

The course takes about 6 hours and can be done in one day.

We start by kneading the dough. Then we form the breads

and bake them the same day. The minimum number of

participants is 2 and the maximum 6. The participants can,

if they wish, stay overnight at Hannelbacka at the

regular price (extra cost). This course is well suited to attend
